    The result is our keystone service, Breakout Success: a planning and performance platform that frees nonprofits from chronic constraints. It integrates strategic, operational and financial systems for growth and impact. There is no compromise: the process is fast, effective, and affordable.

    Breakout Success creates and embeds three major management tools:

    1. A Business Plan describes solutions, goals, strategies, key performance indicators, revenue, and a 5-year financial projection;
    2. A Revenue Pipeline maximizes revenue from all possible funding domains: individuals, foundations, corporations, government agencies and earned income; and
    3. A Performance Dashboard provides a 1-page snapshot of organizational progress along with key financial and revenue indicators.

    When properly created and executed, these tools combine to create a virtuous circle leading to high performance and growth.

  • What to Expect

    Total commitment to your long term success

    1. AUDIT

    We measure your performance around 100 key drivers of organizational effectiveness and growth related to staffing, programs, planning, and finance. The results pave the way for business planning and enable fast, accurate performance benchmarking.

    2. PLAN

    We do the heavy lifting. We write the first draft of a concise, compelling, investment-grade business plan with solutions, strategies, metrics, milestones, revenue, and a detailed 5-year financial projection.

    3. TEST

    We lead testing and revision and show you how to continuously improve the plan with ongoing input from staff, board, and key partners and funders. We also test for gaps in infrastructure and operations to prepare for dashboard implementation.

    4. FUND

    Using the Altruist Investment & Partnership Toolkit, we equip you for the necessary acceleration in revenue. The Investment and Partnership Pipeline integrates everything into one page that guides organization-wide revenue growth in every possible funding domain.

    5. LAUNCH
