Webinar: For Nonprofits, Business Plans are Better than Strategic Plans. Here's how to do one.
February 15th, 2017 at 11:00am PST
Most nonprofit leaders and board members are socialized to the need to create "Strategic Plans" for their organization. But these plans rarely work. They sit on shelves and fail to change behavior and outcomes.
Try something much more powerful: a short, specific business plan that states your specific value and offers your goals, strategies, metrics, revenue, and a five year financial projection. We will show you how to write one, test it with your key stakeholders, and use it to create a revenue generating engine more powerful than any you've had before.
- why your first business plan is the last plan you'll ever have to write.
- how to use your plan as an internal road map AND a sticky external engagement tool
- why a great business plan is the most powerful fundraising document you can ever have
- how to get started, now.
We will provide free tools and templates to get you started.
